Our integrated supply
vending machine solution was a big hit. We have over 30 vending
machines installed in customer plants.

MSI celebrated 30 years of providing metal cutting
solutions during the 2007 Wisconsin Machine Tool Exhibition (WMMTE) in
Milwaukee Wisconsin on October 9, 10 and 11. This was one of the best
industry shows in the country. Since Wisconsin has a high concentration of
manufacturing, it’s always well attended. It probably has more machine
tools per square foot of any exhibition.
Our booth had strong, steady traffic. Our goal was to
present Machinery Systems and Machinery Tooling & Supply (our tooling and
accessory company) as one integrated customer solution. Also, all but one
of the seven Mazak machines we
exhibited was made in the United States at the massive Mazak Florence, KY
plant.

Rick Ware, Mazak V.P.,
visted our booth to promote the Mazak trip to their Florence, KY plant December
5-6, 2007. We have chartered several airplanes for our customers.

Our booth at WMMTE was well attended. |
As a result of customer visits and interviews during the exhibition, we are
excited to report that Wisconsin manufacturing is solid. There is no threat of a
recession. The job shops are busy and the manufacturing companies that drive
most of the Wisconsin job shop business are very busy. Wisconsin has a high
percentage of medium to large OEM manufacturing companies. The low value of the
U.S. dollar is now quite conducive to expanding exports for these OEMs. Most of
the firms we talked to are running at capacity and see no let up at least
through 2008.

We exhibited U.S. Built Mazak machine tools, the most
technically advanced tooling, and shop floor DNC and programming software.
