We are now more comfortable than ever talking about the significant productivity of today’s Mazak Nexus machine tools.  During the Mazak Open House in Schaumburg, March 15-17, Machinery Systems hosted a face-off a new Mazak Nexus QTN200M against a 11 year old Mazak Super Quick Turn, and a new Mazak Nexus VCN510C vertical machining center versus an 10 year old Mazak VTC in our facility.

This face-off proved that the new Nexus technology is at least 30% more productive.  Mazak has packed so much technology in the Nexus designs and even more surprising, they are priced lower than the 10 and 11 year old machines at the time they were new.  Click here to view the competition data for the Nexus VCN510C and the Nexus QTN200M.
