Machinery Tooling & Supply (MT&S) was honored by a visit from Titex and Walter management.  Jeff Kraez, U.S. National Sales Manager (right) introduced us to Dave Palmer and Christele Louault from their European distribution organization.  Dave and Christele are in the U.S. to study U.S. distribution styles.  They are currently challenged with the job of combining Titex (Europe) distribution organization with the Walter (Europe) direct sales organization.  Our Tom Henry, MT&S Illinois Sales Manager (2^nd from left) facilitated their visit.

We stressed that our objective is to always develop a deep trustful relationship with our suppliers.  Our intent is for an open environment so our intimate customer relations can be married with the best products and services in the world to improve our customers’ throughput.
