 Customers view demonstrations of high performance tapping and thread milling applications on Mazak Nexus VCN510C.  While we guarantee a minimum 20% improvement over high speed steel and cobalt technology, we consistently see much better results.

On April 27, MT&S held a High Performance Tooling seminar with our supplier partners Titex and Prototyp focused on providing new tooling solutions to increase throughput & improve part quality.  The seminar was held in the Machinery Systems/MT&S Schaumburg, IL showroom.  It included hands on tooling demonstrations, classroom presentations of the latest advancements in today’s high performance tooling technology, and training on how to use the tooling properly.  The seminar targeted high performance drilling, tapping & thread milling applications.

The tooling demonstrations consisted of three different drilling/tapping solutions on a Mazak VCN501C equipped with high-pressure coolant.  The real life atmosphere of these demos allowed our customers to ask questions and get answers on the spot from both tooling and machine tool throughput application specialists.
