Frank's first job after graduating from high school in 1971 was as a trainee with Krop Forge in their Maintenance Department.  While working at Krop Forge Frank attended Morton Junior College to learn how to weld.

In 1978, after the third union strike in six years Frank left Krop Forge and worked for a welding fabrication shop and attended two electrical maintenance classes at the College of DuPage.

Over the years in various positions, Frank took a variety of different classes, which gave him a lot of well rounded knowledge.

In late 1985, Frank had his first exposure to CNC machine tools at Advance Process & Supply where he worked as a Maintenance Supervisor.  After two years, Frank was promoted to Maintenance Manager.

With this wealth of experience, Frank was hired at Machinery Systems in 1993.  Frank said he chose MSI for several reasons:  a solid reputation, an opportunity to learn CNC reair, stability, and because of Joe Romanowski, MSI's Chairman and CEO.

Frank is married and has a son, daughter and granddaughter that is his pride and joy.
